Community Park

Community Park is situated on 35-acres of land located off East Temple Avenue in Effingham, IL. The lighted baseball diamonds located here are Paul Smith Field, Gene A. Niccum field, Dave McDevitt Field field, and Mike Sehy Field. One unlighted diamond is located on the east side of the park. Community Park is the home of an 18-hole Disc Golf Course that winds its way throughout the park offering a variety of challenging shots with plenty of hills and trees. The park also offers lighted tennis courts, an outdoor basketball court, and an outdoor ice skating rink. In addition, pavilions, playgrounds, and picnic areas can be found in a number of spots.
