The Effingham Park District is seeking referees for our Strikers division soccer league.
responsibilities
Oversee youth soccer games.
Referees must have a thorough understanding of the rules and apply them consistently throughout the match.
They must identify and call fouls and offenses committed by players, ensuring fair play.
They are responsible for maintaining order on the field and ensuring the game proceeds smoothly.
Must use standard signals to communicate decisions and instructions to players and coaches.
compensation & benefits
$20 per game. The games are scheduled for Saturday from mid-March – mid-May at 12:30PM, 1:30PM, and 2:30PM. You do not need to be available for all dates to apply.
