A charcoal grill and approximately 24 picnic tables are available. Access to playgrounds and restrooms.

RENTAL RULES:

Applications must be made and permits signed by an authorized Park District representative and are valid only on the dates and times shown at the Park District Office.

Permits may be canceled and future permits denied if:

1. Individual(s) are in violation of the rules and regulations of the Effingham Park District.
2. Participants engage in disorderly conduct.
3. Applicants are found to be littering or damaging Park District property.
4. Garage Sales, White Elephant Sales, and advertisements of products are not permitted.
5. Alcohol is not permitted on Park property.
6. Outdoor grilling must be done in designated areas.
7. Playground areas may not be reserved.
8. The applicant will pay a fee at the time of registration.
9. Rental Reservations will be made up to a maximum of one year in advance.
10. Refund will be granted if requested prior to seven days in advance of reserved time or for severe inclement weather.
11. Renter is responsible for picking up their trash, using heavy-duty trash bags, and placing it in a trash receptacle or trash dumpster should receptacles become full.
12. Water and electricity are available.
